Jake Herman

Since qualifying as a solicitor in 2015, Jake has gained a wealth of experience as a regulatory lawyer specialising in the field of healthcare, having worked for the past eight years as a senior member of the General Medical Council's legal team. Prior to this Jake worked across several different areas of law, including clinical negligence, commercial litigation and employment law.

Jake set up Regulatory Defence in 2023 and launched its legal services website early in 2024. Regulatory Defence offers bespoke legal advice and representation across multiple disciplines, including regulatory, sports and family law.
