Honest, predictable fees for high-stakes work.

Most clients want two things from a fee structure: clarity, and not being charged for time spent learning their case. We agree fees up front, in writing, before any work begins. Where we can quote a fixed fee for a defined stage, we will. Where the work is genuinely open-ended, we work hourly with regular updates and an estimated cap.

How fees are usually structured

Free 1-hour initial consultationNo obligation. We will listen, give you a candid view of what you are facing, and tell you whether you need a solicitor at all.
Fixed fees for defined stagesRule 7 responses, IOT hearings, case examiner submissions and similar discrete pieces of work are usually quoted as a fixed fee.
Hourly fees for open-ended workFull fitness-to-practise hearings, complex investigations, appeals — quoted with an estimated total and capped where possible. Detailed monthly billing.
SRA-compliant transparencyAs a regulated firm, we publish fee information in line with the Solicitors Regulation Authority’s price transparency rules.
